Refund Processing and Timing: Your convenience is our priority. Refunds are processed via direct deposit, a method that typically takes about seven working days.

Factory 2nds and Floor Stock: Kindly note that Factory 2nds are sold on an “As-Is” basis. We strongly encourage pre-purchase inspections, as Factory 2nds and floor stock are not covered by warranty.

Change of Mind Refunds: Refunds cannot be accommodated for purchases made due to a change of mind. This policy applies to all items, including Factory 2nds and floor stock.

Cancelled Sales: Cancelled sales will incur a 20% processing fee.

Brand New Item Returns: For brand new items in their original packaging, we offer the option of return for store credit. Unboxed brand new items can be returned for an 80% store credit.

Warranty Claims: For warranty claims, you can expedite the process by sending detailed photographs to 04 22 77 77 31. Our team commits to responding within 48 hours to assist you.

Pre-Orders: We acknowledge your enthusiasm for pre-orders. Please be aware that estimated arrival times are provided at the point of purchase. Unfortunately, in the event of shipping delays, we are unable to offer refunds or free delivery.

Pick-Up Window: For pre-ordered items, we kindly request pick-up within two weeks of their in-store availability. This practice helps us manage our inventory effectively.
